ニューヨークで、女性がおっぱいを丸出しで歩いてもなんのおとがめもなくなった。ニューヨーク市警察が、通達をだしたという。
■ニューヨーク市警「トップレスの女性がいても、逮捕しない」
ニューヨークタイムズが2013年5月15日に伝えたところによると、ニューヨーク市警察が約3万4000人の警官に、
「トップレス（上半身に何も身につけていない状態）の女性がいても、逮捕しないこと」と通達を出したのは2月頃のことだ。
定例の点呼の際に、10日間かけて周知したという。
